If you can, please try these 3 steps before contacting us to ensure this is an issue with the Blockons plugin.
- Deactivate all other plugins to check if it's a conflict with another plugin.
- Re-activate the plugins one by one to find out which one it could be.
- Try temporarily switching to another theme to see if that solves the issue.
